In addition to the private developers, land owners, farmers and companies such as Anglo American, Arcus Gibb, Endecon, Boulder Group, Infraburo and Twin City, can count amongst its customers, past and present, various Government Departments including those of Land Affairs and Public Works, Limpopo- and Mpumalanga Provinces, Water Affairs , South African National Roads Agency (SANRAL) and Eskom.
The company has also undertaken surveys for Municipalities in the areas of Pietersburg/Polokwane, Phalaborwa, Naboomspruit/Mookgophong, Nylstroom/Modimolle, Phagameng, Ellisras/Marapong, Marble Hall/Ephraim Mogale, Groblersdal/Elias Motsoaledi, Steelpoort, Burgersfort/Fetakgomo Tubatse, Lydenburg/Thaba Chweu, and Richards Bay. Work has also been undertaken for the Board of Lepelle Northern Water.
The company has also undertaken Engineering Surveys such as ; Road Construction, Building Construction, Locating and Surveying of Infrastructures. All Engineering Survey requirements needed from our clients are met and executed with high precision when needed.
In the agricultural sector, involved with the planning and setting out of net construction that covers established and new orchards as well as vineyards. Total farm layout for example the setting out / placing of pivots, waterlines, buildings, packhouses etc.
The company is mainly involved in the preparation, management and dissemination of data and information regarding land / property rights as well as the planning and management of Land Development. As the work is of such a nature that it incorporates legal aspects, the staff is acquainted with the legislation pertaining to property rights and the management thereof.
